Electrical, plumbing and carpentry technicians are readily available to assist you in any problems and shall be just a phone call away.

Cleaning of common areas and facility cleaning. Also ensuring continuous water supply.

We shall collect monthly maintenance and maintain proper accounts with monthly statement of accounts of the income and expenses.

We shall employ suitable persons towards maintaining the security of the apartments as required.

Regular updates shall be posted in the group and in person association meetings shall be organized as and when required.
